ALMOND CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Here is my recipe from Kelly
ALMOND CHOCOLATE COOKIES
1 CUP BUTTER - SOFTENED,
3/4 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR,
2/3 CUP SUGAR,
1/2 CUP BAKING COCOA,
2-3 TEASPOONS ALMOND EXTRACT,
1 TEASPOON VANILLA,
2 EGGS,
2 1/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR,
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
In mixing bowl, beat butter, sugars, cocoa and extracts until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Combine the flour and baking soda- gradually add to sugar mixture.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Put on wire racks to cool.
Makes 6 1/2 dozen.
