Potato Chip Cookies

peacelover1950 from the TOH BB says: I'm munching away on one of Barbara's (susiebear) cookies that she baked for me. Here's the recipe: Potato Chip Cookies 2 sticks butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp vanilla Cream all these together. Add,,, 2 c. all purpose flour, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1/2 crushed potato chip. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 8 minutes or until light brown. These are absolutely scrumptious!
