Chili Lime marinade

Chili Lime marinade:

juice of 2 limes
1 T minced fresh garlic

1 T chili powder
1/4 t cumin
dash of green tabasco sauce
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t onion powder


Put it in a ziploc bag with the meat and then squeeze all the air out of the bag and seal it. Meat can marinade in there for 30 minutes to over night.
