Steak with Topping

Season your cut of meat with black pepper and olive oil if you wish- then grill the steak. While the steak is grilling make the topping.

Combine 2 T minced lemon zest, 1 T chopped fresh parsley, and 1 t salt. When your steak is finished, place some of the topping on the steak- it is so fresh and delicious!
