You can sear the steak in your frying pan or grill it-both ways are excellent. Now, while that is going, you need to put 1 cup of red wine in a saucepan-bring it to a boil over low/medium heat, then immediately turn the heat down, you want it to simmer. Let it simmer a while- maybe 30 minutes until it is reduced by at least half. When the steak is done, pour this sauce over it-it's to die for!!! |
