PECAN PRALINE MORSELS

Posted on TOH SS thread by clowning PECAN PRALINE MORSELS 2 c. whole pecans 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar 4 T. heavy whipping cream cooking spray Preheat oven to 350*. In a medium bowl combine pecans, brown sugar and cream. Spread in a square baking pan (I line mine with foil), sprayed with cooking spray. Baked in preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until coating is dry, and slightly crystalized, stirring once. remove from oven to cool and stir once more. If not serving immediately, store in air tight container. I got this recipe from the Paula Deen on the Food Network.
