White Chocolate Fudge

recipe from CJ
White Chocolate Fudge

8 oz cream cheese; soft
4 cups powdered sugar
12 oz white chocolate baking squares; chopped
2/3 cup ground pecans
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Put cream cheese into a large bowl & beat in the sugar, one cup at a time until smooth.
Heat the baking squares in a heavy saucepan on low heat; stirring often until almost melted. Add to the cream cheese mixture & stir well.
Add pecans and vanilla, stirring well. Line an 8x8 pan with foil leaving 1" overhang on the 2 sides. Butter the bottom and spread the fudge mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
Chill until firm.
Holding the foil, remove the fudge from the pan & cut into 64 small squares.
