recipe from CJ White Chocolate Fudge 8 oz cream cheese; soft 4 cups powdered sugar 12 oz white chocolate baking squares; chopped 2/3 cup ground pecans 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Put cream cheese into a large bowl & beat in the sugar, one cup at a time until smooth. Heat the baking squares in a heavy saucepan on low heat; stirring often until almost melted. Add to the cream cheese mixture & stir well. Add pecans and vanilla, stirring well. Line an 8x8 pan with foil leaving 1" overhang on the 2 sides. Butter the bottom and spread the fudge mixture evenly in the prepared pan. Chill until firm. Holding the foil, remove the fudge from the pan & cut into 64 small squares. |
