Peppermint Bark

Peppermint Bark

12 oz bag white chocolate chips
24 hard peppermint candies

Melt chips in microwave or double boiler,stir til smooth.
Place candies in heavy duty plastic bag and crush with a mallet or anything heavy enough.Hold a strainer over melted chips.Pour crushed candy into strainer and shake to release all small pieces ~ reserve larger candy pieces.Stir the mixture and spread onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper or parchment. Sprinkle with reserved candy pieces and press in lightly. Let sit about an hour or until firm.Break into pieces.
