Sunshine's Deviled Eggs

This is another one of my mother's recipes... sort of. Mom showed my son, Kyle, and I how to make 'her' Deviled Eggs, and after we made it a couple of times for ourselves we decided to write it down. So it's Mom's recipe - as best we remember!!
These are the BEST Deviled Eggs!!

Don't forget, please let me know if you try this recipe... I can't wait to hear what you think!!
Thanks,
MissM

Sunshine's Deviled Eggs

12 - 18 eggs - boiled and peeled
3/4 cup Miracle Whip or Salad Dressing (NOT MAYO!!!)
1 tsp sweet pickle relish
1 roll Ritz or Hi-Ho crackers
Paprika to taste (optional)

Cut eggs in half and reserve whites in fridge. Put yolks in bol. Using a fork, cruble the yolks in bowl until there are no large peices left. Add the Miracle Whip and sweet pickle relish. Mix well. (It should be slightly runny at this point... kinda like brownie batter.)

Thoroughly crush crackers (I usually use a rolling pin) Make sure there are no large peices left. Add crushed crackers to yolk mixture. Stil until completely mixed.

Cover and refridgerate for a minimum of 1 hour (overnight is best). Remove yolk mixture and egg whites from fridge and spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve chilled.
