PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

This recipe was from the TOH BB site... GrammaSandy sent them to one of the other ladies in a cookie swap. PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 1/2 C butter 1/2 vanilla 1/2 C Peanut Butter 1 1/4 C Flour 1/2 C Sugar 3/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 C Brown Sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 egg Heat oven to 375 degrees Mix well. Roll into balls about size of walnuts and roll in extra sugar. Place about 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Mash down with fork or cookie stamp. Bake for 10-12 minutes or till golden brown.
